Charlotte Danielsson, Esq. is Co-founder of HUMANBULB and an attorney with more than 27 years of experience in corporate, employment, and business-based immigration law. Her career has focused on advising startups, emerging companies, and international technology founders, supporting thousands of entrepreneurs across the United States and globally. Charlotte is a graduate of Stanford Law School and the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to her legal practice, she has held executive nonprofit leadership roles, most notably serving as CEO of Silicon Vikings, a cross-border innovation organization headquartered in Silicon Valley that expanded to eight countries under her leadership. She has designed and led innovation and entrepreneurship programs across the Nordics, Baltics, and U.S., building international partnerships, guiding cross-functional teams, and collaborating closely with founders, governments, and ecosystem leaders. Charlotte brings deep expertise in innovation strategy, entrepreneurship education, cross-border collaboration, and organizational leadership, with a strong commitment to supporting founders and scaling impact-driven initiatives.

Henry Chang
Co-Founder
Henry Chang is Co-founder of HUMANBULB and a seasoned business and nonprofit leader with more than 35 years of experience in business development and sales management across the telecommunications, technology, and manufacturing sectors. Throughout his career, he has led growth strategies, built high-performing teams, and driven market expansion across diverse industries. Since 2011, Henry has also held executive nonprofit leadership roles focused on civic engagement, organizational development, and community impact. Most recently, he served as National Executive Director of a national nonprofit organization, where he led a headquarters team and collaborated with hundreds of volunteer leaders across a nationwide chapter network. During his tenure, he expanded the organization’s national footprint, diversified and scaled funding streams, strengthened strategic partnerships, and increased programmatic reach and visibility. He also led efforts to modernize internal systems, improve operational efficiency, and deepen engagement with elected officials and partner organizations. Henry brings deep expertise in strategic growth, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and mission-driven leadership.
Brittany Erkeneff
Chief Officer of Learning & Programs
Brittany Erkeneff is an education and program development leader with over a decade of experience across K–12 instruction, student services, language support, and nonprofit leadership. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Education Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, specializing in Children’s Learning and Development. Brittany has served as an educator and instructional leader, teaching multiple subjects, leading curriculum planning, and supporting data-informed intervention systems. She later advanced into leadership roles in California, including Language Support Coordinator at Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools and Director of Student Services at California Innovative Career Academy, where she strengthened student support structures and family engagement. In parallel, she has contributed to national nonprofit initiatives, supporting program development, partnerships, and organizational growth. Brittany brings expertise in program design, student services leadership, equity-focused strategy, project management, and community engagement.
