First-Ever Sacramento AWS Hackathon: GenAI Knowledgebase Challenge!

Be part of Sacramento tech history! This is the first-ever AWS Hackathon in Sacramento, and we’re kicking it off with a unique challenge—building Generative AI-powered knowledgebases using AWS tools and Streamlit. Whether you’re a student, developer, or professional, this fast-paced event invites you to work in teams, learn by doing, and create meaningful cloud-based solutions using modern AI workflows.

During the hackathon, teams of four to five participants will design and build knowledgebases powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), integrating AWS cloud services to bring their ideas to life. A GitHub starter app will be provided to help you jump in quickly: https://github.com/patweb99/streamlit-kb
