About

HumanBulb is a nonprofit organization with the mission of unleashing innovation through equity-focused innovation entrepreneurship education and acceleration programs for youth and professionals.

Innovation Entrepreneurship Education is an important tool for empowering and achieving economic equity for underserved communities.

We believe teaching Innovation Entrepreneurship to girls, BIPOC & LGBTQ+ youth ages 13-18 is vital because (1) they are severely underrepresented in the startup ecosystems and gaining necessary skills and knowledge can reverse this trend, (2) they gain exposure to STEM topics and comfort with new technologies which are vital in the future of work and necessary for closing economic equity gaps, (3) Innovation Entrepreneurship teaches a both a global mindset and adaptability to change which is necessary in the world they will be working and living in, (4) it teaches teamwork and leadership skills.
